The new DI-NOC collection was born from a synergistic collaboration with our global design teams in the US, Italy, Germany and Japan, leveraging these different points of view to offer something truly fresh and new to clients. The designs have a relaxed, modern look with touches of both industrial and natural influences and are coupled with brightly colored hues for a major design impact. The beauty of 3M DI-NOC is that it has innumerable, universally applicable uses, and these additional designs will only further its capabilities.
The new series is comprised of 56 patterns and 24 new pure colors, with designs ranging from exotic and reclaimed woods, to rich marbles and sophisticated concretes to bright, bold hues and brushed metallics and sumptuous leathers. Able to take on most any surfacing challenge, back lit application or textured surface solution, this versatile material allows infinite design possibilities and lends character and distinction to refresh any space.
To apply, the release liner is removed, and the 3M DI-NOC is applied to the selected surface, with the flexible film seamlessly conforming to the shape of the base surface. Its simple application and stylish patterns make it an ideal design solution to revive doors, columns, podiums and more.
The entire 3M DI-NOC collection allows surfaces to be refinished on site, and thus extends the useful life of interior architectural and design elements such as walls, columns, furniture and furnishings. By encouraging refurbishment as opposed to starting from scratch, 3M DI-NOC reduces landfill waste and encourages recycling. The 3M DI-NOC E Series, which offers many of the same benefits as DI-NOC while being free of PVC, takes DI-NOC’s already robust green story a step further.
The 3M DI-NOC E Series, available in nearly 90 textural patterns, highlights the true beauty of wood and natural materials with enhanced sustainability properties. Made of polyolefin and requiring no harsh chemicals for maintenance, the E Series films offer a more environmentally sustainable solution coupled with an authentic, natural aesthetic.
