Construction Specialties Inc. (C/S), a manufacturer of high-performing architectural specialty products, has announced that its line of Acrovyn by Design rigid sheet wall protection is included as part of the Goes Not Matches Collection.
The Goes Not Matches Collection is a unique, comprehensive collection created through an industry-first collaboration between four manufacturers: C/S, Pallas Textiles, Mannington Commercial, and Clarus Glassboards. The products in the collection include the Acrovyn by Design rigid sheet wall protection (C/S); Valetudo Collection of privacy curtains and upholstery (Pallas); Vivendi Collection of heterogeneous sheet flooring plus modular and broadloom carpet (Mannington); and architectural glass and healthboards (Clarus).
This collaborative effort delivers a palette of complementary designs that promote healing, comfort and balance – which is good news for patients and healthcare professionals as well as designers. The unique partnership among key industry manufacturers provides a selection of modern, coordinating finishes across multiple surfaces, streamlining the design of healthcare projects.
The C/S contribution to this unique collection is a new line of decorative patterns designed by HOK Product Design for Acrovyn by Design rigid sheet.
The Organic Collection is inspired by natural elements and offers quiet background patterns for areas where designers want something more than the typical solid color wall surface. The Geometric Collection is reminiscent of the traditional inlay or mosaic work of classic tile patterns with a mix of scales and a variety of linework and grids. These six exclusive patterns are available in 12 colors that also coordinate well with standard Acrovyn colors. Custom patterns and variations of the standard patterns are available. There are no minimum order requirements.
Acrovyn by Design merges the aesthetic options of traditional wall covering with the durability and functionality of wall protection to create a stunning first impression. This Acrovyn product challenges the current thinking of wall protection by unleashing infinite creative possibilities giving designers the freedom to incorporate photography, branding and imagery into areas prone to considerable wall damage.
The clear rigid sheet protects the reverse printed image and provides the same performance, installation and maintenance features as regular Acrovyn. In addition to meeting Class A fire criteria, Acrovyn by Design is easy to clean and resists bacterial and fungal growth. Available in 4’x8′ and 4’x10′ sheets, Acrovyn by Design can protect and enhance any wall space. From subtle visual textures and refined patterns to vivid, space-defining imagery, this new product offers limitless possibilities that can complement C/S Acrovyn’s existing product suite of handrails, crash rails and corner guards.
